I've been working with computers for over 10 years and have had significant experience in the troubleshooting field. I worked at the HelpDesk at my college for 3 years, as well as an Elementary School where I was the only Technical Support Rep. for over 100 computers.
I charge a basic $25 consulting & diagnostic fee. If you have a hardware problem, please be aware you will need to pay for replacement hardware. I charge around $45 an hour for basic computer repair, whether it be software or hardware related.
"Cleaning" or "re-imaging" a computer runs the same $45 an hour charge.
